 | From 7am to 7pm on Friday 8th March 2019, 90.1 NBC FM celebrated International Women’s Day 2019 with an all-female line-up of presenters, program-makers, special guests and a play list of great women artists. Local women of all ages and backgrounds, including students from St George Girls High School, were invited to be a part of this special day dedicated to sharing the voices and stories of girls and women. Free training and workshops helped participants pre-record programs and present live to air. The day was a wonderful success, but if you missed it, don’t worry!
